Character Rules:
- No Godmodding! (See Godmodding for further instruction). But seriously, just don't.
- No double posting. Edit your previous post if you need to do such. If you REALLY need to double post, explain the situation to a staff member first.
- This site is rated PG-13. As such, the following MAY NOT be used in extreme amounts; violence, gore, sex, and other explicit content. If you really need to do something extreme, fade to black or take it to PMs, please. However, I don't think anyone will ever need to go this far.
- Keep swearing and other foul language in check. While there are some characters that swear like sailors, please do not go over the top with this.
- The minimum age for human characters is 10. While the Digimon series has had younger characters, quite honestly anyone younger than 10 won't be able to do much. Preferably, try and make your character older, as some scenarios can get rather serious.
- NO MARY SUES OR GARY STUS. EVER. Nobody is perfect, and the spotlight cannot be on you all the time. Good quality flaws are some of the best quirks of characters, and can help bring about some interesting interactions between characters.
- All posts must be at least one paragraph of six sentences, but it's suggested that you write more than that. Different feelings and reactions can occur from one phrase, event, etc. Being descriptive is key to having a fun roleplay!
- To put it bluntly after stating the above; NO ONE LINERS! While a mod post may be rather short due to there not being much else to mention, overall a player character will likely have much more to say or do. It also helps when role playing with another member as it gives them a better idea of how to respond.
- One character per account. This is in order to help keep DP numbers in check, as well as keep things organized. HOWEVER, in order to make another character, your previous one must have a digimon who can evolve to Champion level. Do note that it's ill advised to make too many characters, and we can and will stop you if we feel you can't handle it.
- Do not bring IC drama into OOC. Whatever happens with your characters does not affect you out of character, AT ALL.
