1. You can either choose to be a member of the Resistance or to be a Member of the Dark Knights. There is restrictions here, if you chose a side you are not allowed at the base of the other. Your character will have an armband signifying his or her status within their army:
2. At the Beginning you will receive your first digimon.
3. Traveling about the world is a tricky thing, When you come to the digital world you are summoned by either the Dark Knights or Resistance whichever you so choose to join. When you are summoned by way of the portal sent to you through and Email, you will appear either in the Courtyard of The Tamer's castle or in the training grounds of the Resistance. Once there you will be given your first digimon and you will be briefed on what to do next. After that briefing you are given a one time teleport to and from the base, at that point you can teleport to another area once and back once, after that you have to walk until you reach champion level. At that point your digivice will be synced into the computers at either base and you will be allowed access to teleport to and from as much as you like.
4. Once your first digimon reaches Champion Level you get a few things:
- Starting recruits of the Resistance will have a white armband with the Resistance's symbol on it.
- Lunar members of the Resistance will have a blue armband with the Resistance's symbol.
- Solar members of the Resistance will have a red armband with the Resistance's symbol.
- Eclipse members of the Resistance will have a purple armband with a gold border, the Resistance's symbol also on this band.
- Starting recruits of the Dark Knights will have a simple, black armband.
- Dark Knight members with a unit will have a black armband with the symbol of his or her unit on it.

- You will receive your 2nd digimon
